Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out your rights and obligations when using Wevva Tools (the "Site"). By continuing to use the Site you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing or using any tool on the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with all or any part of them, please stop using the Site.

2. Description of the Service

The Site provides more than 200 free online utilities covering document handling, image editing, text conversion, encoding and decoding, unit conversion and more. The vast majority of tools compute entirely inside your browser, and the files you pick or the text you type are never sent to our servers. A small number of tools that depend on external data (for example currency rates and time zones) send only the minimum request needed to deliver that result. All tools are free and no account is required.

3. Intellectual Property

The interface design, code, icons, wording and tool implementations on the Site are protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Site in whole or in substantial part without written permission. You retain all rights in the content you input and in the results produced by our tools; the Site claims no rights over them.

4. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as open-source project pages or reference pages defining measurement units. Those third parties operate independently and are responsible for their own content, availability and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or any damage arising from their use. Following an external link means you accept that third party and its terms.

5. Advertising

The Site may display advertising provided by Google AdSense on some pages. Ads are served by Google based on your browsing activity; the Site takes no part in advertiser selection and makes no guarantee about the suitability, accuracy or quality of any advertisement. You can turn off personalized advertising from the Google Ads Settings page, or learn how ads are served from the Google Advertising Policies page.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranty as to the absolute accuracy of results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Results are provided for general reference only. Before making financial, legal, medical or tax decisions, please verify them independently or consult a qualified professional. We work to keep the tools accurate but accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Changes to the Terms and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. An updated version takes effect when published and replaces the previous one. You may stop using the Site at any time. If you materially breach these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, either party may bring the matter before a court with jurisdiction in that location.

10. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms are welcome by email. We usually reply within 7 business days.
